Jin Chengli, male, is a senior engineer. He has been selected as a "Yongjiang Talent" and a "Talent of the Hometown of Scholars". He is a senior expert in the industrialization of aerogel in China and has applied for over 50 invention patents. I have been engaged in the research and development of aerogel materials, production line construction, production management, and market sales for 20 years successively.

Technology leadership

It established the first provincial-level research and development center in the domestic aerogel field and won the first aerogel invention patent of a domestic enterprise. Has presided over major projects such as the 100 key projects for developing circular economy in Zhejiang Province, the Zhejiang Province's SharpShooter Program, and the strategic emerging industries of the National Development and Reform Commission. Participated in the compilation of the most authoritative reference book in the current aerogel field, "Aerogels Handbook", and cultivated a large number of backbone talents for industrialization.

Product innovation

For the first time in China, we have developed a series of products including aerogel felt, aerogel board, transparent aerogel particle light-transmitting board, aerogel special-shaped insulation cover, aerogel tube shell, aerogel coating and aerogel clothing fabric, covering multiple application scenarios.

Production line breakthrough

The first batch production line for atmospheric pressure drying aerogel and the first production line for carbon dioxide supercritical drying aerogel in China were built, and the continuous fully automatic production technology for aerogel was developed for the first time. Promote the development of domestic aerogel from the laboratory to large-scale manufacturing.

Market expansion

For the first time in China, the large-scale application of aerogel materials in oilfield exploitation was achieved, and the application of aerogel materials in rail transit, power and heat pipelines, lithium batteries and other fields was opened up, facilitating the large-scale implementation of the industry.
