Surnano Aerogel paint, which is based on the main material of nanometer porous silica aerogel, compounded with water-based environmental binder, additives and functional components. It has multiple advantages such as light weight, heat preservation, flame retardancy, sound insulation, etc. It is widely used for efficient thermal insulation or heat insulation of internal and external walls of buildings, industrial pipeline equipment and transport.
1. Suggest using scraping or spraying techniques. If the coating is too viscous and affects the construction, water can be added according to the actual situation (usually a small amount will change, the specific amount needs to be tested in advance, and a small amount should be added multiple times). It should not be too thin, otherwise it will affect the construction or be prone to cracking.
2. The paint will become viscous if left for a long time, and must be thoroughly stirred before use. Use an electric mixer to stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, and if there is any unevenness, increase the stirring time appropriately.
3. It is recommended to use a cold machine for construction as much as possible. When the external temperature of the equipment is below 40℃, apply the coating to the surface of the object to be constructed, let it dry naturally for 48 hours, and wait for the coating to fully cure before use.
4. If the cold construction conditions are not met and hot construction is necessary, the temperature of the machine's hot surface should not exceed 60℃, and the paint should be successfully scraped in one go during construction. It cannot be ground back and forth, and the thickness of each construction should not exceed 3mm. The second layer should be applied after the first layer of coating is dry. Each layer of operation needs to be completed once.
1. Before construction, it is necessary to clean the rust stains, dust, and oil stains on the surface to be coated; After construction cleaning, a cloth dipped in liquid material A can be used to wipe it.
2. Construction is strictly prohibited when the ambient temperature is 5℃ lower or the humidity is greater than 80%;
3. The recommended best scraping temperature is between 10℃ and 35℃, with a minimum of 5℃. The relative humidity should be between 30% and 70%. The product is prone to film formation and cracking during low temperature construction. If the temperature cannot be guaranteed, it is best to conduct experiments first;
4. All water-based coatings and tools must not be contaminated with grease, oily paint, etc;
5. Even for cold machine construction, if the coating thickness exceeds 10mm, it is recommended to apply it twice and avoid getting wet before the coating dries;
6. Do not apply directly in sunlight, proper ventilation will make the drying time faster;
7. After the construction is completed, the tools should be immediately cleaned with clean water;
8. Diluted paint should be stored separately and not mixed with the original paint for storage.
